Breaking Stigma. Empowering Minds.
Dimagi Kura is Nepal's premier youth-led mental health organization dedicated to fostering open dialogues, mental health literacy, and accessible support systems for students and young adults.
About Dimagi Kura
Founded in the heart of Kathmandu Valley, Dimagi Kura emerged from a shared recognition that mental health care and emotional support must be democratized and made accessible to every young person.
As a youth-led initiative, we design and execute peer-led educational workshops, school outreach programs, and digital campaigns that dismantle mental health stigma and equip students with lifelong emotional resilience tools.
Our Mission
To normalize mental health conversations among youth across Nepal through peer-led education, empathetic community building, and barrier-free access to reliable mental health resources.
Our Vision
A society where mental health is prioritized equally with physical health, where every young person feels empowered to seek support without fear of stigma or judgment.
